Shadowland Raiders, Whats Needed!

It would seem that every expansion we get can change raid dynamics, teams and overall attitude towards guild runs and pug runs. Lets drill a hole and see whats inside!

Through the years of being raid leader and gm raid dynamics have changed and rolled over in different directions due to what ever blizz changes, removing tier gear being one of them which hit the raiding scene in a pretty negative way. Yet raiding is still a major focal point in wow as well as Knights Legion.

Raiders Of Knights Legion

To be a raider of this guild one must channel thier inner self and be one with nature... bla! ok on a serious note, raiders of Knights Legion all share common goals, mainly to clear content and do it with like minded and friendly people, to be able to achieve honest targets and not be stuck in an enviroment with toxic people or dictators.

What makes a good team is the people in it, but you have to also have an understanding and like minded raid leader as well, I have spent years making mistakes and trying to please everyone, what i have learnt in the proccess is a raider must share the same goals as the raider leader otherwise its a clash. You cant please everyone! So focus on a team which shares your goals. The Knights Legion website goes through all of this and gives every person that reads it an idea of what we are and represent.

Ideal Guild Raiders

Be far or near, male or female, an ideal raider is one that is interested, passionate and willing to give their time to the team to achieve the over all goal. Personal problems are left outside when its raid time, The ideal raider for our runs is relaible, friendly and some what sociable. We dont look for story tellers or chatta boxers, if thats your preference then thats fine too. As long as it wont effect the team in a negative manner.

The Drill, Whats Needed!

Any raiders looking to hold a spot on the team permanently needs to tick the boxes!

Not be too hardcore

We get it, you want to clear content as best you can and as fast as you can! But we have a pace and a routine which works! We dont rush or push hard into a tier. Trust in Raz.

Be reliable

Show up on time, have whats needed (flasks, pots, food, good mental attitude) and all is groovy! For the people who can get the minimal required numbers and have the time, the spot is forever yours! or at least as long as you want it to be.

Positive Vibes

Bring them or dont, if you have nothing good to say then dont say it. Negative spreads unhappyness, we dont want to be dealing with snowflakes, Team morale is important!

Be Friendly

I dunno whats going on with some people who think they can talk how ever they want and have no repercussions, these people are deluded! misguided! To be agressive towards mistakes and plain out rude is wrong and not nice to anyones self a steam. There is no place on the team or in the guild for these types of powermongers.

Have Fun

We play to enjoy and have fun, being with the guild, clearing content, enjoying the banter is what Knights Legion is about! Keeping it civil and not too dark though.

End Result

The end result is always going to be a good one with Knights Legion, the guild has been running too long for it not too be. We have members that have been with us for years as well as a great core team! The ask is not much, the give is a home from home.
